I'm a clinical psychologist. I am interested in mental health issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, overthinking, insecurity, parenting, and attachment. Currently i have been working with clients with drugs addiction problems, Children and women victims of violence, i also work with employee mental health issues and stress at work, and self development for young people. I also interested working with teenagers in prison. In therapy i often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptence and Commitment Therapy, Mindfullness, and Behavioral Therapy.
