I'm a Mindfulness-based intervention and mindfulness for teen teacher. I'm also the co-founder of MindfulnessHub. I worked in healthcare sector for over a decade and I've seen a lot of effort and resources put into physical health, but very little, if any, into mental health. I also lead a mindfulness class in my workplace, providing the employee a sanctuary to return to the present moment, relax and rest mindfully. So they then could return to their life with more stability, calmness and kindness.
